Aftera

Hello , my bf and I were having sex when the condom broke. I told him I was going to buy the pill just in case. So we just finished having sex without the condom. He didn't finish inside of me. I took Aftera from CVS. Should I have any concerns or do you think I will be fine?  I'm nervous because I have hypothyroidism (over active thyroid ) and I'm not sure if that can have any impact on the pill or pregnancy.
