IUD inserted for the first time today!

But the cramps are subsiding & I am really happy I did it. Very painful as I have never had kids, but it was really quick !!! And my friend took good care of me. Here's to helping treat my *severe* PMDD and worry free sex during this anti-woman presidency... I will most likely be one of the many people losing their insurance & I am so glad I don't have to worry about birth control pills anymore. Now let's just hope I keep the same partner & don't have to worry about STI's and just my cancer screenings. I would love to hear from other women & their IUD stories. 💕
