Help! Give me all the tips you can!

This is our last cycle to try and conceive. We've been trying for 4, which I know is not long compared to some of you ladies. He's deploying on the 6th so we will be out of the running for 9 months lol. I'm asking for any and all tips that helped you conceive! We've bought conceive plus to try. I've been taking prenatals and omega 3. Trying my best to eat better. I've been using the little sticks for tracking ovulation. Going to be buying the smiley face ones this time around. My cycle has been out of whack lately. So any prayers, tips,and finger crossing will be much appreciated. Baby dust to you all!!
