Signs of teething?!!

Question

Other than the obvious sign of actually seeing teeth what are other symptoms of teething my 3 month old is extra fussy at times not all the time  starting to suck on all of her fingers not sleeping at night she's up every 2 hours wanting to either eat or just be held. But when I give her teething toys or frozen washcloth to chew on she doesn't take it! Does it sound like she might be teething or not?

My babe is doing the same. I don't think her teeth are actually coming through the gums yet but I am starting to see them through her gums

Going through the same exact thing with my 3 month old! I asked the doctor and she said it's too early for him to be teething, although there are some babies that do teeth early on. She said he just "found" his hands and uses it for comfort. As far as being fussy, I think they're just going through a mental leap. Good luck with everything!
