baby's dad doesn't help at all I'm so fed up!!!!!!

We are trying our relationship again and he still does the same things that lead is to have problems.    I work he doesn't my mom takes care of our baby. He had bad surgery in November. He's healed now. But he always complaines of a pain. Like a tooth pain it's always something.    Mind u my mom is 60 and has diabetes, has had surgeries on her leg and has her daily pain. I had a csection and I took care of baby alone the whole 6 weeks until I went back to work.     I get home he's playing videos games .     I've asked him at least to make my mom a sandwich and he has yet to. My baby is 12 weeks and he hasn't even helped with her.  My baby gets cranky at nap time or bed time too . Ive been having back pain ever since
