cervix check

35 weeks and 4 days my dr. Checked me and said I was 1 cm dialated and she said the water pocket is right there in my cervix and to watch if I leak or my water breaks . Has anyone heard of this ? This is my second pregnancy and my first I didn't make it past 34 weeks my water broke and I had my daughter at 34 so now everything is new to me past that week . Does it mean my water will break soon?
