Symptoms Come & Go?

I'm just over six weeks along, last week I started feeling so nauseous all the time. Yesterday I was only nauseous in the late morning. Then it went away. From the beginning my boobs have been very sore. Yesterday I noticed they weren't bothering me. So far today my boobs aren't bothersome & I haven't felt sick. My plan is to lay in bed most of the day because I've already worked my 40 hours this week. I'm beyond paranoid & my appointment isn't for another two weeks, I want to go now just for some reassurance. No bleeding or spotting or cramping (unless you count being bloated & gassy 😳)
