Question

I'd like one more child (currently have three). However, last pregnancy was difficult (I was 36) and now turning 41 (in a few months). I'm more scared then eager 😓

Answer

My mom had my sister at 40. So I know what she went through and it wasn't an easy pregnancy. At that age the chances of Down syndrome and other issues are high, the pregnancy is high risk, my mom had gestational diabetes, gained a lot of weight which is harder to lose with the older you are, she had to have an emergency c section. My advice is if you already have 3, there's no reason to run all those risks at 41 years old to have 1 more.
