5 weeks pregnant.

Ok guys so I took an at home pregnancy test it came back positive. Then ended up going to hospital cause of sickness there urine test came back positive. When I went to my drs appt yesterday the urine test came back negative and blood test came back positive but its was 35 hcg. Does anyone have any idea other than a miscarriage that it could be? I've been ttc for a while now and just trying to keep up some hope. Anyone have anything similar happen where it goes well?
