3 month old turned into a horriable sleeper

My 15 week old went from sleeping on his own to in my bed I can't get him out of it now and I have to be in the bed with him other wise he won't sleep he's constantly on my hip otherwise he's crying and he's starting to wake up more and more during the nights he won't take his bottle with out a fight , he doesn't want to be swaddled anymore my house is a mess and I can't clean with chemicals with a baby on my hip I'm don't know wat to do Plus I just had to pay 3,500 $ for a lawyer cuz my abusive baby daddy wants custody I'm stress to the max
