Bbt spike today!!!

I've been on vitex to regulate periods and pcos and normally my bbt is rather low @96.3 being the lowest and 96.6 being the highest. This morning it was 97.2 and I had ewcm yesterday! I'm praying this is my month!!! I have been trying for 2 years with no luck whatsoever.
