12 weeks to lose a stone 😱
Well I had my appointment at the fertility clinic, and after repeating all the tests I have been told to get my bmi under 35, and that if I lose a stone or more by my next appointment in 12 weeks, then they can start the ovulation induction. This is going to be so hard but I'm determined to lose it. Encouragement welcome!!
