Ladies with more than 1 baby

I'm pregnant with my 4th baby. I have 3 boys and with all 3 of them I was horribly sick, had lots of cramping, very bloated, etc. While I know every pregnancy is different this one is completely different. With my other 3 they were pretty similar and I knew I was pregnant but if it weren't for the 4 positive pregnancy tests and missed period I'd swear I wasn't pregnant. So my question is were your pregnancies different with a boy than it was with a girl?
