Can I take my prenatal twice in less than 24 hours?

I took my prenatal today late because I forgot, at 11 pm. I like to take it early around 11-12 am/pm with my lunch. Can I still take it tomorrow at 12 pm with my food even though it's been 12 hours? Sorry if it's a stupid question 😣 😊

Yes you can take it. You'll be fine. Any extra vitamins will be flushed out in your urine. I've forgot more than once and taken it at night when I remembered and resumed taking them in the morning the next day with no side effects.

You can but I wouldn't recommend it. Too many vitamins will just make you feel sick and icky and maybe even throw up. It won't hurt you or baby to skip a day

Once a day. You can have too many of certain vitamins. I mean, once isn't going to hurt you at all. Just don't do it on a regular basis
