When did your babies adjust to daycare?

I'm putting my 9 month old into daycare finally. It's a very nice daycare and seems great but I'm sooo nervous to be leaving my baby with a bunch of strangers. The caregivers he will be with have been there for 20 and 30 years so I know he's in good hands. How long did it take your baby to adjust to being in daycare? Did they cry a lot the first few days? When did they start sleeping well there?

My son was 18 months when he first went to daycare. He was ok at first then about two weeks into it he flipped out...then adjusted again. My daughter has been in daycare since 9 weeks. I was so nervous to have her in so young. She is now 9 months and just now is getting kinda fussy when I leave her and that's only occasionally. I do have both my kids in the same daycare so that helps tremendously with trust. My daycare is really good with answering any questions and reporting things so that helps too.
