anyone else's LO not eating solids?

My son hates them. He purses his lips, turns his head, cries. Once in a while he'll eat some fruit or oatmeal. But if I give him anything other than puree he gags and throws up. The Dr wants him to be evaluated by an occupational therapist. Anyone have a similar issue? He's exclusively breastfed if that matters

Yup my lo will be 10 mo April 8th. She has interest in our food but only takes  a few bites. Not interested in baby food will try one bite and be done. I worry cuz she's a smaller baby at just 16 lbs 6 oz. So I try to force her. But I guess just some babies take longer.  She still drinking 5 oz every 2.5 hours...that's exausting but she's such a horrible eater,  or have to do it.

My son enjoys things that we are eating (monkey see monkey do), but has trouble eating them... even in very small pieces. He likes finger baby foods like crackers. Hates almost ALL purées! There's one brand called Happy Tot "love my veggies" that he will eat, but for the most part he pretty much skipped baby food and isn't totally ready to move to our plates. He also only has 2 teeth.

We are just waiting, giving him his bottles. He will get there when he gets there.

My daughter is the same. But i try so much everyday although it takes forever for her to eat. She does like home cooked food more so i just mash what we eat like vegies in sauce or something with little spices in it. I also kinda trick her sometimes by distracting her with toys. She is 9 months and one week and 17 lbs. also ebf. I figure she will start eating better with time, for now at least she nurses well. Day and night hahah.
