How many of you ladies use a menstrual cup?

Thoughts on it? Tips for using it? Which brand do you use?

Me! I have the Lunette. Been using one since 2013 and won't ever look back because it's simplified my period so much. My advice is to find a fold that works for you. Some people love the punch down fold, but it doesn't work for me. I prefer the 7 fold.

Also, don't try practicing on a "dry" day. Wait until you're on your period. The Youtuber Precious Star Pads has amazing advice for menstrual cups!

Me!!! I think it's awesome...I got the Lola cup via amazon, it came with 2 different sizes, haven't found anyone to give the smaller one too yet but I'm sure I will someday! You have to really make sure the rim is suctioned around the cervix, I squish it and let in get on there real good otherwise it leaks :O when you overflow its not too bad as is can only escape the little holes just below the rim. After your first time dropping it in the toilet you'll hold onto that sucker for dear life forever after haha
