i don't know what's going on

so i am not supposed to start af until Sunday, well this morning i got pms cramps and i just kept going about my day and a couple hours later i started spotting and the cramps went away, It is now 10:30 and i am laying in bed and i have just a little spotting and very mild cramps and kind of like pulling going on and alittle back pain. and this is all very unusual for me because i was diagnosed with endometriosis at the age of 14 and i have horrible periods that consists of vomiting extreme cramps that are bed riddening and very bad back pain also like being crime scence type flow and then two years ago i was diagnosed with ovarian cysts so periods have always been painful expect when I was on birth control (age 14-19) and last year when i had Mirana and that fell out in the second week on November during my period and December's period was back to my normal painful period and January's was less painful but i couldn't use tampons it made my cramps worse and then this period came to days early and very odd. has anyone else experienced anything like this?
