Pregnant again??

Sorry in advance for the long post! My LO is 8.5 months. My period returned for the first time since she was born, on the 12th of January. Well, DH and I aren't actively TTC, but we aren't super careful. We use the pull out method and I keep track of when I'm ovulating. Well, We had sex the day before my ovulation window, but he pulled out... 3-5 days later I noticed the EWCM, and went about my business. About a week after that, I had some visual disturbances followed by an intense headache- ended up at the ER for a CAT scan. Thy believe it was a complex migraine, likely from changes in hormone levels. (They also did a pregnancy test which was negative... this was 5 days after we had sex.) Well, since then I have been sick as a dog with an awful virus/ cold. I've been dizzy, nauseous you name it. I also noticed something very interesting about 10 days post sex and AFTER my ovulation window had ended... another round of EWCM, and kind of a lot of it-no foul odor or any other negative symptoms. I thought that was very strange. My body is very predictable and that was not normal for me. It lasted a couple of days, and has since reduced. Well, today DH and I were lazily watching Baby Mama on HBO and I randomly burst out into tears at the end of the movie when the babies were born- it occured to me that.... 1. I definitely want another baby, and 2. I'm acting like a crazy hormonal person..... it reminded me of how I started acting that way with my first pregnancy over the tiniest things involving babies before I even knew I was pregnant. So, pregnancy has already crossed my mind with the whole crazy migraine episode (never had them before,)  and the discharge thing, but now, with the crazy outburst of emotion, I'm wondering even more so.... What do you think... Could I be pregnant? That would be totally nuts!
