I am expecting my af by Friday.. By I am having all the symptoms of conception.. Like back pain, cramps, dizziness, nausea, tierdnes, emotional and all these things.. I can't walk, nor can stand after 5 mints.. my blood test  result was BFN.. Now I am worried that if I am not pregnant then what might have happend to me. DH is not home to visit a doc.. Does anyone know what might be wrong with me?? Thanks in advance :)
