essential oils help! are panaway and copaiba safe?

Question

Is it safe to apply Panaway and copaiba to my skin during pregnancy?
 My mother in Law made me a blend of peppermint, copaiba and panaway to apply to the back of my neck to help with nerve pain from a cerivical injury. Tylenol doesnt help me so this was my next option. 
Im currently 4 weeks, and she doesnt know im pregnant yet, so i couldnt ask her if it was safe. The oils are by young living. 
I found one website that said panaway was safe and another that said no so i figured i come here.

I am pretty sure little peppermint is ok in the first trimester but you want to steer away from it as you get further along and after delivery if you're going to breastfeed! I use doTERRA oils and I'm pretty sure panaway is the same as our deep blue.. I know peppermint can be harmful at some point in pregnancy so just be careful how much you use if you're going to be using it!! Probably shouldn't put it on your low abdomen or back and definitely don't ingest it!!
