Infant pillows in the crib

Lisa
Ok ok I know the rules. Believe me. Everything out there scares the crap out of you and is a death trap for baby. Dispite knowing back is best and nothing in the crib, how does your baby sleep? My almost 3 month old is swaddled and sleeps on an infant pillow, and is wedged in place. She moves like crazy and flaps her hands everywhere and whips her head around if she isn't put to bed like I mentioned. I know they say it's horrible but she won't seem to settle or sleep well if she isn't snug. The pillow is for infants and there is no padding where her head goes. I guess parents who use the pillow often use it to prevent flat head. My girl is very strong and can lift her head up so I'm not too worried about suffocation. What are your thoughts? Picture included for a visual. We also sleep right next to her so she isn't alone.
