weaning!
Ladies who are exclusively breastfeeding. When it was time for weaning, did u take a pill or something to dry out your milk supply or did u do something else? I asked my OB but he said no pills. Just eliminate the breastfeeding gradually & put ice pack. But it's still hurting & am afraid of mastitis. Am having lumps too when am eliminating breastfeeding gradually.
& also how did u wean the baby? Any tips? My baby is sooo hooked. Specially the night feeding it's the only thing that put him to sleep without he screams non stop ://
