First period after getting the IUD

I just had the IUD inserted yesterday, I used the pill before this and without fail it would come on Friday and end on Monday/ Tuesday. It was inserted yesterday and I had a very light spotting immediately after so little I wiped saw blood but that was it nothing even on the pad. but then nothing since and I haven't had my period yet so I am wondering if that's normal, if my period hasn't come by Monday I was going to contact the clinic where it was inserted and talk to the doctor but I just wanted to know if anyone else didn't get their period when they usually do after getting it inserted.
