contractions one minute apart but not dilated

I have been having contractions one minute apart since yesterday afternoon after I fell on the ice. I went to the dr yesterday to get checked out and they said everything looks fine but since I had to go to my fathers funeral they let me me go home. I wasn't dilated then. I'm still having contractions now. Should I call them and let them know I'm still having contractions? They are a bit uncomfortable but I can still function through them.
