My mother in law and having a baby
My mother in law told me about a family members pregnancy today and then casually told me we're next to have a baby.
We have been trying for about a year now and DH has very low sperm count (boo ugh). Anyways I brushed it off because I don't discuss that with her and told her we weren't trying and have other things to do in life before having a baby. And she lectured us on how DH is almost 40 (in 25) and I need to think of his age.
It just hurt so much after the convo was over. It hurt so much lying when all we both want to say is yay we're pregnant.
Sigh. I feel she was wrong to say what she did and I feel she made it seem like it was because of me that we weren't having kids yet that it was my decision idk
