Tore nipple

What can I do/use if my nipple is tore and how long does it take to heal ... I breastfeed/pump and it hurts when I first start and finish but not during ... any suggestions I haven't pumped since 3am or put my son on that nipple but my boob is starting to hurt from it being full HELP !!!
