Most used baby product

For all those ladies who are mommies now. What has been your most used item other than diapers?

For me it is the rock and play. I didn't register for it. It was gifted to me as a hand me down. But, my little girl spent the first 3.5 months of her life in this rock and play when ever I needed to set her down. She slept in it at night for her reflux. She would hangout in it while I showered, cooked dinner, or did the laundry. It moved from room to room with me. It was amazing. She still goes in it while I shower or sometimes she likes to rock in it while we sit on the back porch.
