severe cramping

Question is, has anyone had severe implantation cramping? About 11 days before my period was due I had SEVERE cramping (felt like I couldn't stand up straight wihout tearing something but couldn't sit down because it felt like I was sitting on something) lasted a few hours that day. Now I'm 3 days away from my cycle and not super crampy which is sort of my usual. My breasts are tender but I think that's also my norm before my period and my cervix is super high and soft. Has anyone experienced this before a bfp? I didn't get to bd as much as I'd have liked to during my ovulation period and thought I was out this month but now I'm trying to hold on to hope!
