how old for a rodeo?

My son will be 10 months old when the rodeo is in town. My husband and I have gone to the rodeo for the past 5 years and it's made it kind of like a tradition. We want to take our son but just not sure. It's not a huge rodeo but it's not a small one either. The music can get a little loud out times but not super loud. Would it be a good idea to take him and if so what should we bring (like baby headphones?) or anything like that?

I would try it!  Use baby headphones and just see how it goes. Be ready to leave early if needed and don't forget sun protection :)

I took my son to a parade at 3 days old.. He slept right through it except for when he woke up to eat.

I took my daughter to one when she was a month old, she slept the whole time except to wake up to feed which was interesting since it was the first time I breast feed in public but it went well
