How long did it take you to plan your wedding?

I just recently got engaged and we want to get married October 28th as our anniversary is the 27th so we want to get as close to the 27th as possible. My question is would it be doable to fully plan a wedding in 9 months? My uncle is  a dj  so we have that covered, my coworker has a catering company so we have that covered as well, and one of my bridesmaids is a cosmetologist so we have that covered.
