My cervix is too short so I'm not allowed to have vaginal sex until I make it full term. I'm only 20 weeks so that's a very long time. I usually hate anal sex, but I'd like to give it another try since my boyfriend likes it and I know he can get off that way. What are some tips to make it hurt less? What positions are easiest?

Why not hot dog it? You know, sex between the thighs? That can feel good for both of you. It's messy, but if I couldn't do vaginal and I couldn't do anal, that'd be my go to.

They sell anal lube which will help numb it and will be more comfy :). You can also try being on top just add lube and try sitting on it like that you can take it easy.

Tip tip is to build up to it. Atrt woth a finger then use small but plugs and gradually get larger. Oh and use plenty of lube !
