Af showed up? Come join in!! ☺

Yeah I know how frustrating and unbearable it is month after month after month after month !

Bloating happens, breasts feel sore, waves of nausea begins, headache visits, sometimes faint lines too and then the evil AF shows!

I have really lost too much ladies after my loss last year and still no luck. My af showed up yesterday and i have changed few things of my life.

First of all I'm gonna tell myself IT'S OKAY!

Cos we have the chance every single month. Every 28 days ! So heads up! Not this time? Common get armed for the next month. Eat healthy, stay fit, pray alot more, stay happy with your partner, enjoy what you have right now !

All through the last few months i totally concentrated on tracking tracking and tracking my symptoms and paying attention to my body and this day when I look back , i think I've missed many more things in life. Of course I'll still track my body and symptoms but I'm gonna promise myself that im not gonna stress like crazy !

All I wanna say is, I'm gonna pray every single day truly deeply, do my part to my best and leave the rest to God! Here you go...

Oh God! Lord Almighty! Please bless me and every single woman who is reading this, to first calm down and relax! Make things easier for us. Help us to TTC without stress and enjoy our current life at the same time. Help us not breakdown when there is no success! Shower us with your blessings to have patience and to have trust in you and take things sportive and be positive and throw away all negative vibes and talks of negative people away from our lives. I dont even know any of the ladies who are reading this from any of the world but I truly pray for each one of them the bottom of my heart! No caste no religion! Bless all my fellow ladies to have a beautiful baby soon and stay happy forever !
