Vvvfl and bleeding. Help!! Trigger warning.

So today ovia predicted I could take a pregnancy test and here I am, I took one an got a super faint line with fmu and I had bleeding. Red an really watery. It wasn't a lot, so I put in a tampon to see how much it gets on it. I'm not having any pain besides cramps I have had for over a week. I feel pregnant is the thing. All the cramps, heartburn, neasuea ... I took a blood test on 9dpo. I'm now 12. Still haven't received the results. Please help.
