Hcg levels not going up as desired

I found out I was pregnant at less than 4 weeks. I had the blood draw done at 3 weeks 5 days and my hcg was 16.5. They had me repeat 4 days later and it was up to 125 which was great. They had my do a repeat today (2 days later) and I'm only at 199. The nurse said they want to be honest with me, that it may be ectopic, but want me to go back in 2 days to check again. I'm freaking out because we've been trying for 3 years. She said they've had pregnancies that started out slow and picked up normally so not to give up hope yet. Has anyone had this happen and had a good turn out? My husband is out of town this week and I'm dealing with this by myself 🙁
