Sick or something else??

Hi ladies. I am currently one week late for my period. I took a test this past Saturday (posted below) and was torn on the result. But here is why I'm posting. I woke up on Sunday about 6am feeling absolutely horrible, nauseous, weak, dizzy, extremely exhausted, almost like I had the flu! I slept all day long, generally felt horrible. This morning I woke up, don't have the constant nausea, just waves, but I still have the weakness, fatigue, dizziness sore breasts...why am I feeling like this?! Anyone experience this??
