rash on tummy. :( help!

1st time mom.

2 month old. Does not have a fever. Besides the rash on his belly and some on his chest he is playing, sleeping and eating well. Any suggestions? I think it might be the lotion but I'm still posting it.

He doesn't have a rash any where else.
