confused about my anatomy!

so i have been with my boyfriend for only 7 months but we have a great relationship! he is very respectful and genuinely makes me extremely happy. however, sometimes while making out intensely or even just looking at him i get these sexual feelings and urges but i don't really want to tell him about it because im avoiding having sex, not because i don't like him but because i feel im not ready. i feel like i shouldn't be getting those feelings and urges but i do. and i've tried pleasing myself but i can't find a way to and im afraid i'll "hurt" myslef in a way as dumb as that sounds. can somebody pleaseee help?
