7 weeks pregnat and spotting..

So I went to the hospital a week and a half ago do to some spotting..They did a full work up and assured me everything was fine..I did however have a uti.. which was treated with a 10 day antibiotic.. tonight is my last pill for that.. Well I noticed yesterday after a bm I started spotting again and it lasted for a few and stopped.. Then again today after a bm it started again.. I'm having a really hard time accepting that this is normal.. I also don't no if I we should call my doctor tomorrow or wait to see them on Tuesday.. I just want to enjoy my pregnancy and I can't with all this crap going on...
