Symptoms before a positive test?

Hello all! I was wondering if it is possible to have pregnancy symptoms before getting a positive hpt. Admittedly, I am doing some major symptom spotting, and have been bloated, had GI distress, nauseous, tired, feeling blah, sore breasts and nipples. I'm not even 100% confident that we hit our window as well as I would've liked. I just know that the past few days, I've felt really crummy and haven't been exposed to anyone that's sick. I guess I'm feeling hopeful, but I took an early test that was a BFN, but really, it's too early to tell.
