still no period and negative tests

So AF should of started February 23 according to glow. I start working out a few days prior and normally it delays me but she has still yet to show up. I plan on calling the doctors tomorrow to see if they can get me but does anyone have any advice? I know when I was around 17 I went 5 months without AF arriving and they did a lot of test but could not find anything.
