best product for breakouts???

Dove soap, witch hazel toner, salicylic acid moisturizer, a facial scrub twice a week(I use the freeman black sugar charcoal scrub) and a mask twice a week(I use origins charcoal mask) This rutine has kept me clear for a long time.

Go and get a skin consultation with an esthetician at a spa near you! She will be able to recommend some great products. You could even go to a beauty school, and the teachers would LOVE to have you come in so their students can practice analyzing your skin type and recommending products.

I use neutragena face wash, toner, then light moisturizer. I also take hair, skin, nail supplements. I take natures bounty kind, it's a chewable. Plus I drink a lot of water each day. 75oz or more daily.

Oral zinc. Breakouts could caused by zinc defiancy. When your body is not working well right trust me, it got ways to 'warn' (spots) you. Also beware of supplements for hair skin and nails, it often contains biotin and could potentially cause breakout for certain group of people. Get pure zinc and eat one after your meal (doesn't matter which). Hope it helps!! I believe treating it from inside.
