LO is so fussy with his daddy!

I just started back at work a few weeks ago and only work a couple days a week but my poor husband has such a hard time with our son when I'm gone! They haven't spent a ton of one on one time together because he works so much but when I'm gone he can't even put our son down for one second without him screaming. I don't have any problems like this when I have him. Does any one have any suggestions on how to make this better? We're first time parents and our LO is 9 weeks old
