Weird period?

So I'm 8 months pp and have been having my period since like 2 months, but this period was so weird, for one it was really light (normally really heavy for like atleast 2 days) and it ended 3 days ago, well today I got out of the shower and as soon as I stepped out blood just poured out, it wasn't dark red or anything it was really light colored but like I said it poured out on the floor and all down my leg, not sure if I should be worried about it or it's just like my body cleaning itself out, but it freaked me out a little lol has anyone else ever had this problem?
