Girl, what an honor! When a friend comes out to you, it means that they consider you a close enough ally and friend to share with you something intimate (and possibly difficult) about their lives.
Take your gay guy out to ice cream to celebrate, or go out dancing. The most important thing when someone comes out to you is to let them know that A) they're still you're BFFL, and b) nothing has changed about your friendship.
And hey, if you're straight, maybe you can bond over checking out hot guys! It's a win win situation, really.
