If you lived up above a family member who was smoking. Every night and day the smoke came up to your living room and kitchen.

Me and my partner have got a 7 month old and in fact the person who lives down stairs is my partner cousin and he has a son who's 1 years old now but doesn't live with him. So our 7 month old is smelling smoke all the time morning from night and we even spoke to him about the smoke and the noises we hear at night. Also he's cousin has loads of people coming and going and being loud when leaving and he's loud when he comes home and goes out. He don't realise that it takes us ages to get my 7 month old son to sleep and then suddenly you hear loads of bangs and the TV up loud, then my son is awake for the rest of the night.
