why is this happening 😑

So I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but for some reason every time I bend over my stomach instantly starts hurting. Now I've had 3 pregnancies prior to this one and this is my first time experiencing this. Anyone know why?

Feeling the same way I just went to the doctors because my back was killing me and I'm only about 4weeks it is the lining of the uterus its sore and it's stretching to get ready for the baby you need to rest don't push your self the doctor told me it was also bending my knees reaching to the floor anything putting pressure there remember you use that for everything that muscle even to broom so avoid all that at least till the safe zone 3 month 😊

It's ur body and uterus streching and preparing for what's ahead. It's called round ligament pain. Get used to it. It gets worse and worse and is completely normal during pregnancy.
Expect lots of bloating early (6-10 weeks), it will feel like it's an actual baby bump.. but baby will stay put, bellow the pelvic bone half way down ur pubic hair until 10-12 weeks.
Expect lots of gas and constipation.
