how can I tell if she's teething?

I think my 2 month old is teething. I know she's really young to be teething, but she's drooling everywhere, sucking on her hands, extra fussy, mucous in her poop last time I changed her, and I see a white spot on her gums.  I know hand sucking is normal for her development right about now. Her temperature is 99.1 which is slightly higher than normal for her. How can I tell if she's teething or if it's something else?
