not left the house for 9 days. is that bad ?

I have an 11 week old baby and I've not left the house in 9 days because there's been no reason to go out. 
We have got ourselves a routine anyway but we live on the top floor of a building with only stairs, making it a pain to get everything together to go out.

Is it bad for the baby though ?

9 days is a long time. I'd highly suggest going for a walk or something! Being cooped up in your house like that isn't good for your soul! 💖 try to set a goal for yourself to get out of the house! Yes only have stairs can be painful and annoying but it's healthy for you and your baby to get out and about! Even if it's just a morning/afternoon or evening walk around the block! Try to find the strength girl! You can do it 🦋

Maybe get out for a walk? I wasn't into like full outings when I got my baby in a good routine so I get that part, but you could start to get depressed if you don't get some fresh air and a little activity
