Is it wrong?

Is it wrong to not want the babys father in the room when hes born? This will be our second baby together first was born emergency cesearen and this one is planned. But, we were engaged in December he broke it off 2 months later. A couple weeks after that I found out that he had been going to his ex girlfriends and hanging out while we were still together(he found out that she worked with him) and now they are living together. He never takes me to my doctors appointments. (Im only 19 dont have a license or car yet). And never asks how his son is doing. I dont want him in the room because of all this. Is it wrong?

In my opinion, you HAVE to be 100% comfortable and relaxed to go through labor and delivery. If he makes you that uncomfortable being there, then I don't think it's wrong at all not to have him there. Child birth is hard enough, let alone to be stressed and uncomfortable throughout it.

If he is not concerned just don't mention it that way he can't say you kept him out and you have no worries

Not wrong at all. You need support by your side during your labor, it's a very vulnerable time and you need to feel as relaxed and safe as possible. If he will make you feel tense, upset etc then don't have him there, I wouldn't if I were in your shoes. He gave up his privilege when he decided to be a douce. He can come visit the baby afterwards.

There is zero chance I would allow the babies father to be in the room during labor and delivery unless he and I were together. Period. It is a privilege he has to earn.

If he upsets you being around then no it's not wrong to not want him there. You can't go through labor and delivery with someone who's completely unsupportive

I would maybe have your mum or a close friend/family member in the room with you as a support person and then the father in the waiting room. 
Then you won't feel so uncomfortable as he's not in the actual delivery room with you, but he can still see his child after it's born and you are ready...

I say do whatever is going to make you comfortable. But keep in mind that he is the father and the baby is just as much his as it is yours. You might not want him at a lot of things for your baby, but he needs to be there. So it may be best to work things out now?
